I like to do my Christmas cards throughout the year. It's difficult to see, but the background is layered vellum strips with embossed white snowflakes.

This card was made for CPS Sketch 144 (You may need to click the card to show enough detail to see the layout. White on white shows poorly in small pictures.) and Daring Cardmakers' White Christmas Challenge.

The Snowman embellishment was made by stamping on 18ct white Aida and cross-stitching the details.

Card 1

Cut out the swinging card using a template. Stamp snowflakes in white then heat emboss with holographic embossing powder. Trim two pieces of cardstock to fit center. Stamp and color with chalk. Secure to card. Stamp tag and tie on with matching fibers.
